Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Period

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at info@allmostkids to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and labels, and ship it to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and specify the desired replacement item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@allmostkids.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

9. Cancellation of Order

If case you cancel the order before receiving the order. We would process your refund within 15 business day from the date of cancellation
